Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! To help you find the perfect fit, we recommend checking our size guide or reaching out to us before placing your order. If it’s not quite right when it arrives, here’s how you can return or exchange it:

1. Can I return or cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled; however, you can modify them if the order hasn't been processed within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We accept returns only in case of defects or incorrect product/size. Here’s how to initiate it:

  • Reach out to us within 24–48 hours of delivery at info.sweetcult@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7300052340
  • Once you've paid the shipping charges, we can arrange a reverse pick-up. Prefer to ship it yourself? We'll share our address with you. Just don't forget to send us the AWB number, courier name,  and proof of delivery (POD). Sweet Tip: Use a trusted courier!
  • Available for orders within India only
  • After your product reaches us and passes the quality check, we’ll ship the new size within 7–10 working days.
    We offer one exchange per order. If your preferred size isn’t available, you’ll receive a credit note valid for 90 days.
3. What qualifies for a return or exchange?
  • Product must be unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, without perfumes, stains, or damage.
  • Returns that fail quality checks will be rejected.
  • Exchange available for: different sizes or styles
4. What items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable?
  • Custom-made/made-to-order items/hair accessories
  • Discounted/sale products
  • Soiled or used items
  • Products without original tags
5. Refund Policy
  • We do not offer refunds. Instead, we issue store credits that can be used on any future purchase. Store credits are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • A shipping charge of ₹99 will be deducted from the store credit.

6. What if I am an international customer?

Returns/exchanges aren’t available for international orders — unless:

  • Product is damaged/defective, or
  • You received a wrong item

If you can facilitate a return within India (via any local address or store) within 90 days, we’ll be happy to help with an exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.
